摘要
目的 探讨基于临床路径的翻转课堂教学法在血液肿瘤临床实习教学中的应用效果.方法 选取2020年8月至2023年7月于上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院血液内科临床实习的96名医学本科四年级学生作为研究对象,按入科前基础医学理论考试成绩将其随机分为研究组和对照组,每组48名.研究组中,男23名,女25名;年龄21~25岁[(21.8±1.2)岁].对照组中,男22名,女26名;年龄20~25岁[(22.1±0.9)岁].研究组采用基于临床路径的翻转课堂教学法进行临床教学,对照组采用传统教学法进行常规带教,比较两组学生出科时的理论成绩、实践操作成绩和案例分析成绩,同时评价两组学生对带教方式的满意度.结果 研究组学生出科时在理论考核、实践操作和案例分析方面的成绩分别为(84.13±7.85)分、(87.83±8.33)分和(88.17±6.64)分,均明显高于对照组[分别为(77.57±7.70)分、(81.80±6.17)分和(79.97±6.90)分;均P<0.05].研究组学生对带教方式的总满意度为95.8%(46/48),明显高于对照组[37.5%(18/48),P<0.001].结论 基于临床路径的翻转课堂教学法在血液肿瘤临床教学中的应用效果良好,有助于提升学生的学习兴趣,提高学生的临床实践能力,为临床医学教学提供新的思路和方法.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of clinical path-based flipped classroom teaching method in clinical practice teaching in hematology malignancies.Methods Ninety-six fourth-year undergraduate medical students participating in clinical internships at the Department of Hematology,Shanghai Ninth People's Hospital,Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine,from August 2020 to July 2023,were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into study group and control group based on their pre-entry basic medical theory exam scores,with 48 students in each group.In the study group,there were 23 males and 25 females aged 21 to 25 years(mean age 21.8±1.2 years).In the control group,there were 22 males and 26 females aged 20 to 25 years(mean age 22.1±0.9 years).The study group received clinical teaching using a clinical pathway-based flipped classroom method,while the control group received conventional bedside teaching.The study compared the theoretical exam scores,practical operation scores,and case analysis scores of both groups upon completion of their internships,and also evaluated the satisfaction of students with the teaching methods.Results The scores of students in the study group at the end of their internship in theoretical assessment,practical operation,and case analysis were(84.13±7.85),(87.83±8.33),and(88.17±6.64),respectively,all of which were significantly higher than those in the control group,which scored(77.57±7.70),(81.80±6.17),and(79.97±6.90)respectively(all P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate regarding the teaching method among students in the study group was 95.8%(46/48),markedly higher than that of the control group,which was 37.5%(18/48)(P<0.001).Conclusions The application of the clinical pathway-based flipped classroom teaching method in clinical teaching of hematology oncology has demonstrated positive effects.It helps to trigger interest of students,enhance learning abilities and their clinical capabilities.Moreover,this novel medical education approach would might provide new ideas and theoretical basis in training qualified and talent doctors.
