摘要
近年来,男性护理人员作为新成员正逐步加入护理事业,放射科尤其是肿瘤专科医院护理人员的工作有别于临床科室,对于男性护理人员的管理提出更高要求.文章从专科医院放射科的特点出发,就男性护理人员在科室的优劣势、对男性护理人员培养管理的必要性等方面全面阐述了对放射科男性护理人员的培养与管理.对男性护理人员的培养主要体现在执业意识、系统化培训、独立工作、科研和管理能力提升等 5 个方面,对男性护理人员的管理则主要从男性护理人员的优势、提高男性护理人员的收入待遇及人本化管理 3 个方面阐述.肿瘤专科医院应加强男性护理人员在肿瘤专科医院放射科的培养与管理,使男性护理人员能更好的适应工作,有更好的发展.
Abstract
In recent years,male nurses have gradually joined the nursing profession as new members,particularly in radiology within oncology specialty hospitals.The work of nursing staff in radiology differs from that in clinical departments,presenting higher management demands for male nurses.This article comprehensively discusses the training and management of male nursing staff in the radiology department of specialty hospitals,focusing on the advantages and disadvantages of male nurses,as well as the necessity of their training and management.The training of male nurses is primarily reflected in five areas:professional awareness,systematic training,independent practice,research capabilities,and management skills enhancement.The management of male nurses is discussed from three perspectives:leveraging their advantages,improving their income and benefits,and implementing human-centered management.Specialty oncology hospitals should strengthen the training and management of male nursing staff in the radiology department to ensure that they can better adapt to their roles and achieve further development.
