摘要
宫颈癌是一种可防可控的疾病,但其发病率和死亡率较高,是中国乃至全球重大公共卫生问题.2020 年,世界卫生组织发布的《加速消除宫颈癌全球战略》提出"90-70-90"的目标.但中国幅员辽阔、人口众多,卫生和经济发展不平衡,尽管宫颈癌防控方面已经做了积极努力,但在低卫生资源地区实现消除宫颈癌的目标仍然面临巨大挑战.文章主要从人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)疫苗接种、宫颈癌的筛查和宫颈癌治疗等经济学方面进行探讨,并评价宫颈癌的危害,为后续中国消除宫颈癌奠定基础.
Abstract
Cervical cancer is a preventable and controllable disease,but its incidence rate and mortality rates remain high,making it a major public health issue both in China and globally.In 2020,the World Health Organization(WHO)released the ＂Global Strategy to Accelerate the Elimination of Cervical Cancer＂,which outlined the"90-70-90"targets.However,given China's vast geographic size,large population,and disparities in healthcare and economic development achieving the goal of eliminating cervical cancer in low-resource regions remains a significant challenge,despite active efforts in cervical cancer prevention and control.This article primarily discusses the economic aspects of human papillomavirus(HPV)vaccination,cervical cancer screening,and treatment,while also assessing the overall impact of cervical cancer.It aims to lay the groundwork for China's future efforts to eliminate cervical cancer.
