摘要
原发性阑尾肿瘤发病率低,其病理类型复杂,异质性较强,大致可分为锯齿状病变和增生性腺瘤、黏液性肿瘤、腺癌、杯状细胞腺癌、神经内分泌肿瘤.文章主要就不同病理类型阑尾肿瘤的发生发展、临床表现、治疗及预后等进行综述,以期为临床诊疗提供一定的参考价值.
Abstract
The incidence of primary appendiceal neoplasms is rare,and its pathological types are complex and heterogeneous,which can be roughly divided into:serrated lesions and proliferative adenomas,mucinous tumors,adenocarcinoma,goblet cell adenocarcinoma,neuroendocrine tumors.The article mainly summarizes the occurrence and development,symptoms,treatment and prognosis of different pathological types of appendiceal neoplasms,in order to provide certain reference value for current clinical diagnosis and treatment.
