摘要
肺癌是中国发病率和死亡率最高的恶性肿瘤,严重威胁人民健康.目前,以免疫检查点抑制剂为代表的免疫治疗已成为肺癌国际指南中的标准治疗策略之一,可显著改善肺癌患者生存.制定符合中国国情的肺癌免疫治疗规范化应用指南,将很大程度推进中国肺癌免疫治疗的同质性和规范性.专家将整合国际及国内肺癌常用免疫治疗药物、国际及国内免疫治疗临床研究证据以及肺癌免疫治疗常用疗效预测标志物,根据世界卫生组织指南制定手册的原则和方法,结合国内外指南和中国国情,制定中国肺癌免疫治疗规范化应用指南,旨在规范中国肺癌免疫治疗临床实践,提高中国肺癌诊疗水平.
Abstract
Lung cancer is the malignant tumor with the highest incidence rate and mortality in China,which seriously threatens the national health. At present,immunotherapy represented by immune checkpoint inhibitors has become one of the standard treatment strategies in the international guidelines for lung cancer,which significantly improves the survival of lung cancer patients. The formulation of standardized application guidelines for lung cancer immunotherapy in line with China's national conditions will greatly promote the homogeneity and standardization of lung cancer immunotherapy in China. This guideline will integrate the commonly-used immunotherapeutic drugs for lung cancer at home and abroad,the clinical research evidence of immunotherapy at home and abroad,and the commonly-used predictive markers of immunotherapy for lung cancer. According to the principles and methods of the manual formulated according to the guidelines of the World Health Organization,and in combination with the guidelines at home and abroad and China's national conditions,this guideline will formulate the standardized application guide of immunotherapy for lung cancer in China,in order to standardize the clinical practice of immunotherapy for lung cancer in China.
