肺癌术后患者人文关怀需求的现状及影响因素分析

摘要
目的 调查肺癌术后患者人文关怀需求的现状及影响因素.方法 采用便利抽样法,选取中国医学科学院肿瘤医院胸外科2024年2—4月收治的133例肺癌术后患者作为研究对象.采用一般资料调查表、基于患者视野的护理关怀行为量表进行问卷调查.应用SPSS 27.0软件分析,采用秩和检验对肺癌术后患者人文关怀需求进行单因素分析,采用多元线性回归分析肺癌术后患者人文关怀需求的独立影响因素.结果 133例肺癌术后患者人文关怀需求的总分为129.00(59.00,145.50)分,其中人文关怀需求得分最高的维度是心理与社会支持需求以及参与决策需求.多元线性回归分析结果显示,文化程度、家庭人均月收入和气促是肺癌术后患者人文关怀需求的独立影响因素(均P<0.05).结论 肺癌术后患者人文关怀需求水平较高,临床护理人员需要准确识别其人文关怀需求,采取针对性护理措施实施人文关怀,从而提高患者满意度,提升优质护理服务质量.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the current situation and influencing factors of humanistic care needs in patients with lung cancer after surgery. Methods Using the convenience sampling method,133 patients with lung cancer after surgery admitted in Cancer Hospital,Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences and Peking Union Medical College from 2024.2 to 2024.4 were selected.The online survey was conducted using the general data questionnaire,nursing care behavior scale based on the patients' visual field.Using the SPSS 27.0 software analysis,the univariate analysis of the humanistic care needs in patients with lung cancer after surgery was used,and the multiple linear regression was used to analyze the independent influencing factors of the humanistic care needs in patients with lung cancer after surgery. Results The total score of humanistic care needs was 129.00 (59.00,145.50),among which the highest dimension of needs score was psychological and social support needs,and the need to participate in decision-making.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that educational level,per capita monthly family income and shortness of breath were independent influencing factors for the needs of humanistic care of the patients undergoing lung cancer surgery (P<0.05). Conclusion Patients with lung cancer after surgery have high levels of humanistic care needs,so clinical nursing staff need to accurately identify their humanistic care needs and take targeted nursing measures to implement humanistic care,so as to improve patient satisfaction and improve the quality of quality nursing services.
