肿瘤科护士创新能力的现状和影响因素分析

摘要
目的 了解肿瘤科护士创新能力的现状并探讨其影响因素.方法 采用方便抽样法,以中国医学科学院肿瘤医院的523名肿瘤科护士作为调查对象,通过问卷星完成问卷调查,采用临床护士创新量表评估创新能力,采用多元线性回归分析影响护士创新能力的因素.结果 523名肿瘤科护士的创新能力得分为(159.46±25.76)分,条目均分为(3.89±0.63)分.单因素分析结果显示,护士的性格、专科护士资质、工作压力、职业倦怠、婚姻状况、支持程度、文化程度、职称与护士的创新能力有关(均P<0.05).多元线性回归分析显示,专科护士资质、婚姻状况、职业倦怠是影响其创新能力的主要因素(均P<0.05).结论 护理管理者应按专科护士的标准对其进行培养,发掘其创新能力,利用未婚护士家庭压力小,职业倦怠轻的优势,去调动护士创新能力,同时注意护士创新能力的培训,为护士创新提供必要的条件和支持.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the current status of innovative ability among oncology nurses and explore its influencing factors. Methods A convenience sampling method was used to survey 523 oncology nurses from the Cancer Hospital,Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences. Data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed via Wenjuanxing,and the Clinical Nurse Innovation Scale was used to assess innovation ability. Multiple linear regression analysis was performed to identify factors influencing nurses' innovation ability. Results The innovation ability score of the 523 oncology nurses was (159.46±25.76),with an average item score of (3.89±0.63). Univariate analysis showed that personality,specialist nurse qualifications,work stress,burnout,marital status,level of support,educational background,and professional title were associated with nurses' innovation ability (all P<0.05). Multiple linear regression analysis revealed that specialist nurse qualifications,marital status,and professional burnout were the main factors influencing innovation ability (all P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing managers should train nurses according to specialist nurse standards to develop their innovation abilities. They should leverage the advantages of unmarried nurses,such as lower family pressures and reduced professional burnout,to enhance their innovation capacity. Additionally,attention should be given to training nurses in innovation skills and providing the necessary conditions and support to foster innovation.
