The impact of multi-perspective parent-adult-child(PAC)psychological resilience nursing combined with personality trait emotional intervention on esophageal cancer chemotherapy patients
Objective Explore the effects of multi-perspective parent-adult-child(PAC)combined with personality trait emotional intervention on patients with esophageal cancer chemotherapy. Methods A total of 130 esophageal cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy at the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from January 2021 to June 2023,including 92 males and 38 females;age(62.24±3.29).Patients were divided into observation and control groups according to the random number table method, with 65 patients in each group.Patients in the control group adopted routine care, and patients in the observation group used multi-perspective PAC psychological resilience nursing combined with personality trait emotional intervention method. The self-rating anxiety anxiety(SAS),self-rating depression(SDS),cancer fatigue and psychological resilience were evaluated before and 6 months after nursing intervention. Results Before intervention, there were no significant differences in SAS,SDS,cancer-related fatigue and mental resilience between observation group and control group(all P>0.05).After the intervention, the SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were(36.11±3.89)points and(33.45±3.43)points,both significantly lower than those of the control group[(41.64±3.37)points and(40.96±3.55)points,respectively,P<0.001].The cancer-related fatigue score of observation group was(2.07±0.88)points,which was significantly lower than that of control group[(3.01±1.26)points,P<0.001].The total score of CD-RISC in the observation group was(78.52±6.55)points,which was significantly higher than that in the control group[(62.82±6.17)points,P<0.001].Conclusion Multi-perspective PAC psychological resilience nursing combined with personality trait emotional intervention for esophageal cancer chemotherapy patients is beneficial in delaying the progression of cancer-related fatigue, improving adverse moods, and enhancing psychological resilience.
