不同光质对新会柑砧木"红柠檬"生长的影响

为探明不同光质对新会柑砧木"红柠檬"生长的影响,以LED为光源,设定红光660 nm,红光630 nm,蓝光450 nm,白光,红光660 nm+远红光730 nm 5个处理,开展不同光质对新会柑砧木"红柠檬"生长的影响的实验,且追踪"红柠檬"在不同的生长天数(20,40,60,80,100 d),不同光质对新会柑砧木"红柠檬"生长的影响.实验结果表明:①处理3(450 nm)的株高、株高增长速率、茎粗、茎粗增长速率、叶数、叶数增长速率均高于其他处理;②处理1(660 nm)的株高,株高增长速率高于处理2(630 nm);处理1(660 nm)的茎粗基本上高于处理2(630 nm),在茎粗增长速率上略微高于处理2(630 nm);处理1(660 nm)在叶数和叶数增长速率上略微逊于处理2(630 nm);③处理1(660 nm)的株高、株高变化速率、叶数、叶数增长速率均优于处理5(660 nm+730 nm);综上所述,蓝光(450 nm)在红柠檬的生长上优势明显,在株高、茎粗、叶数上都优于实验的其他处理.在进一步的组合光谱研究中可以提高蓝光含量.红光(660 nm)在株高上优于红光(630 nm),在茎粗有轻微优势.在红光(660 nm)基础上增加远红光(730 nm),在株高、茎粗、叶数上没有优势.
Effect of Different Light Quality on the Growth of Citrus limon(L.)Burm.F.
This study aimed to investigate the effects of different light quality on the growth of Citrus limon(L.)Burm.f.The treatments were red light(660 nm),red light(630 nm),blue light(450 nm),white light,and red light(660 nm)with far-red light(730 nm)by LED lights for 20 days,40 days,60 days,80 days,100 days.The results are as follows:The third treatment is better than the other treatments on plant height,plant height rate,stem diameter,stem diameter rate,leaf numbers,leaf numbers rate.The first treatment(660 nm)is better than the second treatment(630 nm)on plant height,plant height rate,stem diameter,stem diameter rate,slightly less on leaf numbers,leaf numbers rate.The first treatment(660 nm)is better than the fifth treatment(660 nm+730 nm)on plant height,plant height rate,leaf numbers,leaf numbers rate.To sum up,the blue light(450 nm)is the best one on all treatments,and can be added more for the the combined spectrum.The 660 nm treatment is slightly better than the 630 nm treatment.There is no advantage on plant height,stem diameter,leaf numbers in 660 nm light by adding 730 nm light.
