本文设计了一种LED汽车前照灯微透镜光学系统,通过建立光源发光面、微透镜自由曲面、探照面三者的对应关系,获得微透镜自由曲面上各离散点的分布,从而得到满足照明要求,且明暗截止线清晰的自由曲面微透镜.这种微透镜光学系统和截光获取截止线的方式相比,大大提高了能量利用率,达到了节能高效降本的目的.
LED Automotive Headlamp Micro Lens Optical System
In this paper,a micro lens optical system for LED automotive headlamps is designed.By establishing the corresponding relationship between the light emitting surface of the light source,the free-form surface of the micro lens,and the exploration surface,the distribution of each discrete point on the free-form surface of the micro lens is obtained,so as to obtain free-form micro lenses that meet the lighting requirements and have clear light and dark cut-offs.Compared with the way of cutting off the cut-off line,this micro lens optical system greatly improves the energy utilization rate and achieves the purpose of energy saving and cost reduction.
