摘要
阐述一款应用于北美市场的LED鞋盒灯的结构设计、光学设计、驱动电源设计和其他方面的设计经验,重点介绍了结构、散热和密封设计;利用光学设计软件对光学方案进行仿真分析;提出了LED驱动电源方案的选型及设计建议;介绍了灵活多样、结构简单的安装支架.结果表明该产品的设计满足要求,并可进行批量生产.
Abstract
A LED shoebox light for the North American market was designed.Combined with product development examples,the design experience of structural design,optical design,drive power design and other design aspects are described,with emphasis on the design of structural heat dissipation and sealing.The optical scheme is simulated by using professional optical design software,and the selection and design of LED drive power supply scheme are proposed.The flexible and simple structure of the mounting bracket is introduced.The results show that the design of the product meets the requirements and can be used for mass production.
