随着行车安全和车灯设计理念的发展,LED灯已逐渐成为汽车信号灯的主流配置.本文主要研究基于DC-DC控制器TLD5099 设计一种输入工作电压相对比较宽(电压9~16 V)的Sepic恒流输出电路,同时采用外围电路改变TLD5099 的基准调节电压对灯具输出电流进行可调节,使6~9V电压区域做到降流降功率,解决了升降压系统灯具在6~9V低压时因高电流给线束及接插件及开关电源功率器件带来的高负荷、高损耗现象;同时结合系统温控策略,在高温情况下降流降功率,保证系统的可靠性.本文给出了驱动电路的各模块硬件设计原理及分析.
Research on the Technology of Driving Low Voltage Drop Power Based on Headlights
With the development of driving safety and headlight design concepts,LED lights have gradually become the mainstream configuration of automotive signal lights.This article mainly studies a Sepic constant current output circuit with a relatively wide input operating voltage(voltage 9 V-16 V)designed based on the DC-DC controller TLD5099.At the same time,the peripheral circuit is used to change the reference voltage of TLD5099 to adjust the output current of the lamp,and thus to reduce the current and the power in the 6 V-9 V voltage range.The problem of high load and high loss caused by high current to the wiring harness,connectors,and switching power supply devices of the boost and buck system lamps at low voltages of 6 V-9 V has been solved.At the same time,combined with the system temperature control strategy,the current and power are reduced at high temperatures,ensuring the reliability of the system.This paper presents the hardware design principles and analysis of each module of the driving circuit.
