摘要
本文提出一种可满足不同工况下位置和制动灯功能复用的汽车尾灯控制系统,该系统通过车身端的不同信号与开关器件的结合使用,实现平灯位置灯损坏情况下,点亮角灯位置灯同时制动灯以位置灯的亮度点亮,或在后背门开启时,角灯制动灯降低亮度点亮以满足法规,而在单点制动灯时,又恢复制动灯的正常亮度,实现了位置及制动灯的功能复用,且其拓扑结构简单,亦没有复杂的调制策略,对所提功能复用的防反电路、工作原理、开关控制策略等进行了详细分析,最终通过搭建实物样件对所提方案的可行性及稳态性能进行了验证.
Abstract
This article proposes a car taillight control system that can reuse the position and brake light functions under different working conditions.The system combines different signals at the body end with switching devices to realize that when the flat light position light is damaged,the corner light position light is lit while the brake light is lit with the brightness of the position light,or when the back door is opened,the corner light brake light is reduced in brightness to meet regulations,and when the single-point brake light is used,the normal brightness of the brake light is restored,realizing the function of the position and brake light to reuse.Its topology is simple and there is no complex modulation strategy.The anti-reverse circuit,working principle,and switch control strategy of the proposed function to reuse are analyzed in detail,and the feasibility and steady-state performance of the proposed scheme are verified by building physical samples.
