摘要
为解决水培大麦苗生产过程中发霉腐烂问题,本试验在确定2%次氯酸钠为消毒试剂前提下,研究不同消毒时间对大麦苗生长和产量的影响.试验在LED红蓝光环境下进行,光质配比为R/B =4/1,光强设置为200 μmol·m-2·s-1,光周期设置为16/8 h,消毒时间分别为 80 min、60 min、40 min、20 min共 4 个处理,记作T80、T60、T40、T20,每个处理4 个重复.试验结果发现,消毒时间为40 min时水培大麦苗产生的霉菌数最少,最利于大麦苗生长和产量提升.
Abstract
In order to solve the problem of mildew and rot during hydroponic barley seedling production,this experiment studied the influence of different disinfection time on the growth and yield of barley seedling under the premise of selecting 2%sodium hypochlorite as disinfection reagent.The test was conducted under LED red and blue light environment.The light quality ratio was R/B =4/1,the light intensity was set to200 μmol·m-2·s-1,the photocycle was set to16/8 h,and the disinfection time was 80 min,60 min,40 min and 20 min respectively,which were recorded as T80,T60,T40 and T20.Four replicates per process.The results showed that hydroponic barley seedlings produced the least number of molds when the disinfection time was 40 min,which was the best for the growth and yield improvement of barley seedlings.
