摘要

超大功率白炽光源需使用超粗钨丝制作灯丝.传统超粗钨丝绕丝机体积大、重量重,操作起来极不方便;绕制过程中,会出现断丝和裂丝问题.为了解决这些问题,我们提出了变更小功率电动机,利用计算机辅助控制机头转速、控制超粗钨丝通电电流大小以及增加防散压块等方法,这些方法简便、易行、实用,具有良好的效果.

Abstract

The filament of high power incandescent lamps is usually made of the tungsten wire with thicker diameter.The traditional tungsten wire with thicker diameter winding machine is large and heavy,and it is extremely inconvenient to operate.The problems of broken tungsten wire and cracked tungsten wire will occur,when the machine winds tungsten wire with thicker diameter.In order to solve these problems,we propose methods of changing to the small power motor,using computer to control the rotating speed of the machine,and control the current value of tungsten wire with thicker diameter,and adding the anti-spread pressure block,etc.These methods are simple,easy,practical and have good results.
