摘要
本文主要研究多学科交叉的光学工程学术型研究生的培养模式改革,提出了"项目导师组"的研究生培养体系方法,以项目实践的手段优化创新研究生培养的教学模式.通过本项目研究内容推动光学工程学科的校企联动、产学研合作、实践创新项目落实,促进高校与光电行业的学术与科研交流,深化具备实践创新能力的订单式的人才培养教育模式.
Abstract
This paper mainly studies the reform of the training mode of academic graduate students in optical engineering at the interdisciplinary interdisciplinary level,puts forward the postgraduate training system method of"project supervisor group",and optimizes the teaching mode of innovative graduate training by means of project practice.Through the research content of this project,promote the school-enterprise linkage,industry-university-research cooperation,and practical innovation projects of optical engineering,promote academic and scientific research exchanges between universities and the optoelectronic industry,and deepen the order-based talent training and education model with practical innovation capabilities.
