电子显示屏色温及蓝光辐射与视觉健康关系研究

摘要
电子显示屏的色温及对应光谱中的蓝光辐射与视觉健康密切相关.本文对市场在售的手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑、台式电脑、液晶电视机5 类产品的电子显示屏进行了研究,实测分析电子显示屏色温数据,提出电子显示屏对应色温下的有害蓝光能量占比不应超过同色温太阳光有害蓝光能量占比,为具有电子显示屏的产品选择适宜色温提供参考依据,降低蓝光危害对视觉健康的影响.
Abstract
The color temperature of electronic display screens and the corresponding blue light radiation in the spectrum are closely related to visual health.This article studies the electronic display screens of five types of products on the market,including mobile phones,tablets,laptops,desktops,and LCD TVs.It analyzes the measured color temperature data of electronic display screens and investigates whether the proportion of harmful blue light energy at the color temperature exceeds that of harmful blue light energy from sunlight.This provides reference for selecting appropriate color temperatures for products with electronic display screens and reduces the impact of blue light hazards on visual health.
