摘要
根据夜空光污染的成因及其影响,结合国内外夜空光污染相关标准,提炼出适用于夜空光污染的评价指标和限值,详细论述了夜空光污染评价所涉及的测量设备、测量条件、测量方法和数据处理方法,以明确夜空光污染评价技术要求,提高夜空光污染评价的规范性和准确性.
Abstract
According to the origin of night sky light pollution and its impact,combined with foreign and domestic standards for night sky light pollution,evaluation indexes and limits for night sky light pollution were extracted.Furthermore,in order to specific technical requirements and enhance normalization and the accuracy of night sky light pollution assessment,detailed discussion was given on the equipment,field conditions,methods and data processing for night sky light pollution assessment.
