摘要

路灯亮灯率被用于衡量路灯工作运行的总体管理情况,是路灯运行质量的一个重要指标,它综合反映了路灯设施的可靠程度和维护水平、城市的风貌及工作人员的素质水平等,因此亮灯率是路灯管理部门日常检查检测工作的重点.本文介绍了以车载式道路照明检测系统为测量平台,依据照度测量参数和北斗定位模块所提供的路灯地理信息来评判路灯亮灯率的测量方法,利用5 G通信技术,实时地将现场检测的路灯亮灯率、道路照明的平均照度、照度均匀度、平均亮度、亮度均匀度等现场测量数据传输到路灯管理中心的大数据服务平台,以便管理人员及时了解路灯实际情况,保证路灯的正常运行..

Abstract

The lighting rate of street lamps is used to measure the overall management of the operation of street lamps.It is an important indicator of the operation quality of street lamps.It comprehensively reflects the reliability and maintenance level of street lamp facilities,the style of the city and the quality of staff.Therefore,the lighting rate is the focus of the daily inspection and testing work of the road lamp management department.This article introduces a vehicle mounted road lighting detection system as a measurement platform,which evaluates the street light brightness rate based on the illuminance measurement parameters and the street light geography information provided by the Beidou positioning module,as well as the precautions for measurement.At the same time,it introduces 5G communication technology,which real-time measures the street light brightness rate,average illuminance,uniformity,average brightness,brightness uniformity for on-site measurement data transmission to a big data service platform of the street lamp management center,so that management personnel can understand the actual situation of street lamps in time to ensure the normal operation of street lamps.
