照明产品外壳防护等级标准体系国内外对比研究

摘要
外壳防护等级是衡量照明产品质量的一项重要指标,本文在整理照明产品国内外外壳防护标准的基础上,对不同标准中关于外壳防护等级要求的差异进行了对比,对我国照明产品外壳防护等级的常见问题做了分析,提出了在外壳防护等级标准体系中增加气密性测试的建议,以推动照明产品在外壳防护上的研发、制造和检测环节的质量提升.
Abstract
The degrees of protection provided by enclosures is an important indicator to measure the quality of lighting product.Based on the sorting out of domestic and foreign enclosures protection standards of lighting products,this paper compares the differences in the requirements of enclosures protection capabilities in different standards,analyzes the common problems of IP ratings of lighting products in China,and puts forward some suggestions on adding air tightness test to the enclosure protection standard system,so as to promote the quality improvement of lighting products in the research and development,manufacture and inspection of enclosure protection.
