Innovation in LED lighting and intelligent lighting systems is reshaping the industry landscape,while improving the performance and energy efficiency of lighting products.Effective supply chain management and logistics optimization have become the key to enhancing competitiveness and achieving sustainable growth for enterprises.This article explores supply chain management and logistics optimization in the lighting and electrical industry,with the aim of providing strategic guidance for industry practitioners and promoting sustainable development of the industry.
