研究一种集束器,使得近光车灯模组的光学器件只需含有该集束器和必须的LED、透镜,且性能优良.将传统光学零部件、结构(集束器结构、截止线形成结构、50L暗区形成结构、三区形成结构和SEG10亮度降低结构)集成设计在一个集束器零件上,且细节设计和传统设计有明显区别.通过优化设计,可以分别达到以下效果:(1)效率51%,单近光的光通量1020 lm(包含外配损失);(2)亮度70 lx(包含外配损失);(3)满足ECE R123 Class C、V、E、W;(4)达到 ⅡHS 评分 good 级;(5)满足 GM Rating high level.
To simplify the structure of LED module,and obtain a excellent performance,this paper introduces a creatively developed collimator for automotive lamp module.The developed collimator integrates traditional optical components and structures(collimator structure,cut-off line formation structure,50L dark zone formation structure,Ⅲ zone formation structure,and SEG10 brightness reduction structure).The module's efficiency is 51%and could obtain a 1020 lm,70 lx low beam,which already takes the outer lens loss into consideration.The module could meet the regulation of ECE R123 Class C,V,E and W,ⅡHS good level,and GM Rating high level.
