随着科学技术的不断更新以及城市治理要求的不断提升,许多现代化城市治理设备相继出现,急需一种广泛布置的城市基础设施来作为承接载体.路灯作为城市广泛分布的市政基础设施,通过特殊设计或改造后,可以较好地满足目前公安、城管、交通、气象、环保、交管、通信等部门的相关设备挂载需求.而智慧路灯是集道路照明、视频采集、移动通信、交通管理、环境监测、气象监测、无线电监测、应急求助、信息交互等诸多功能于一体的复合型市政基础设施,智慧路灯应用能够有效地减少城市多杆林立、重复投资等顽疾.
Abstract
With the continuous renewal of science and technology and the improvement of urban governance requirements,many modern urban governance equipments have been produced,an urgent need for a wide range of urban infrastructure as a carrier.As a widely distributed municipal infrastructure in the city,street lamps have been specially designed or renovated,can better meet the needs of current public security,urban management,traffic,meteorology,environmental protection,traffic management,communications and other departments of the relevant equipment mount.Smart street lamp is a complex municipal infrastructure that integrates road lighting,video capture,mobile communications,traffic management,environmental monitoring,weather monitoring,radio monitoring,emergency response,and information exchange,the applications of smart street lamp has reduced the city multi-pole forest,repeated investment and other stubborn diseases.
