摘要

目前LED照明产品已是市场主流,传统荧光灯正在逐渐被淘汰.LED光源用电子控制装置与传统荧光灯用电子控制装置在工作原理上是完全不同的.结合LED照明产品用电子控制装置的特殊性,GB 7000.1-2015、GB/T 7000.1-2023和GB/T 19510.1-2023均增加了电路间的绝缘的考核要求.本文结合标准内容,详细剖析有源部件与可触及导电部件之间的绝缘要求,有助于初学者正确理解电路间的绝缘要求,同时也为广大照明产品检测人员更深入理解和掌握电路间的绝缘提供参考.

Abstract

At present,LED lighting products are the mainstream of the market.Traditional fluorescent lamps are gradually being eliminated.The electronic controlgear for LED light sources is completely different from the electronic controlgear for traditional fluorescent lamps in the working principle.Combined with the particularity of the electronic controlgear for LED lighting products,the examination requirements for insulation between circuits are increased in GB 7000.1-2015,GB/T 7000.1-2023 and GB/T 19510.1-2023.Combined with the standard content,this article presents a detailed analysis of the insulation requirements between the active parts and the accessible conductive parts,to help beginners correctly understand the insulation requirements between circuits,but also provide a reference for the lighting product inspection personnel to more in-depth understand and master the insulation between circuits.
