IW1710 是一款高性能AC/DC离线式LED驱动芯片,利用数字控制,初级峰值电流检测等技术,用于PWM反激式LED电源.本文主要介绍IW1710 控制芯片一级半拓扑的基本原理及设计要点.其控制芯片既做PFC校正电路,又做flyback电路.相比于逐流线路,主动式PFC可以更为灵活地设计变压器,带来更高的效率或更小的纹波;相比于两级线路,只需一个驱动PFC和变压器开关的MOSFET带来更低的成本优势.业界内,大家称它为"一级半结构".
Basic Principles and Design Essentials of IW1710 First-Order and Half Topology
IW1710 is a high-performance AC/DC offline LED driver chip,which uses digital control,primary peak current detection and other technologies for PWM flyback LED power supply.This article mainly introduces the basic principles and design key points of the first-order and halftopology of the IW1710 control chip.Its control chip is used as PFC correction circuit and flyback circuit.Compared with streaming circuit,active PFC can design transformers more flexibly,bringing higher efficiency or less ripple;compared with two-stage circuit,only one MOSFET driving PFC and transformer switch brings lower cost advantages.In this industry,people named it'one-and-a-half structure'.
