Online Optical Performance Control for the Production of Interior RGB Ambient Lighting of Light Guide
Online optical performance control is the main difficulty to be overcome in the production of interior RGB ambient lighting of light guide.Based on the interior RGB ambient lighting of light guide,this paper elaborates on the main influencing factors and the control of online optical performance control from direct and reflective types.This paper innovatively proposes a new production control mode.Before adopting this control mode,the rate of the customer demand qualification was around 70%,resulting in a scrap rate of up to 30%,increasing time and economic costs.After implementing this control mode,the rate of the customer demand qualification can reach about 95%,promoting the development of the automotive interior lighting industry.
