摘要
城市照明工程成本是市政公用工程中的一个很大的组成部分.城市照明工程多位于城区内,影响控制因素很多,如交叉作业、施工作业点多且分散、工期短、质量要求高等客观因素,同时还受政府部门行政指令的约束,所有这些因素都直接或间接地影响工程投资,若处理不好,会增加施工成本.因此,本文分析了照明工程造价控制中的常见问题,并提出了相关解决措施.
Abstract
The cost issue of urban lighting engineering is a significant component of municipal public works.As is well known,urban lighting projects are mostly located in urban areas,and there are many objective factors that affect control,such as cross operation,multiple and scattered construction sites,short construction period,and high quality requirements.At the same time,they are also constrained by administrative instructions from government departments.All of these factors directly or indirectly affect project investment.If not handled properly,it will increase construction costs.Therefore,this article analyzes common problems in cost control of lighting engineering and proposes relevant solutions.
