Product Design Idea of Ceiling Lamp Lighting Fixture
In this paper,an LED ceiling lighting device is designed for the Australian and European markets.Combined with product development examples,the design experience of the overall design,structural design,optical design and other design aspects of the product is described,and the overall technical scheme,structural heat dissipation and sealing design are emphatically introduced to ensure the efficient heat dissipation and effective protection of the product,and ensure its performance and reliability.The optical scheme is simulated by using professional optical design software,and the simulation results of the optical system scheme are given.The selection of LED drive power supply scheme and the functional design of optional accessories are presented.The results show that the design of the product meets the requirements and can be used for mass production.
