摘要
本文结合应用场景,通过二次配光的光学设计,实现在不同高度、不同需求的产品扫光照明效果,结合灯罩的滚压工艺,实现了柔光线光源效果.文中阐述了完整的开发过程以及实验总结出产品的设计方法和设计难点.为提高该类型的灯具实现线光源扫光技术的应用提供一定参考,从而提升设计效率,减少设计失效和错误,缩短产品开发周期.
Abstract
In this paper,depending on the application environment,through the optical design of secondary light distribution,the sweeping lighting effect of the LED luminaire at different heights and different needs is achieved,combined with the rolling process of lampshade to achieve the soft light line light source effect.This paper sums up the complete development process and the product design methods and design difficulties summed up through the experiment.It provides certain reference for improving the application of line light scanning technology for this type of luminaires,thereby improving design efficiency,reducing design failures and errors,and shortening product development cycle.
