摘要
照明产品部件温度测试项目,是考核照明产品安全性和可靠性最为关键的测试项目之一.部件温度测量数据可为部件的选型、照明产品设计方向、照明产品寿命的推算等提供参考,所以部件温度测量数据的准确性至关重要.在实际的热电偶法温度测量中,往往会有些部件温度测量会受到光辐射的影响,特别是光学器件的温度测量,从而导致测量结果的不准确.本文将介绍一种利用线性回归法来最大限度地消除光辐射对热电偶法温度测量的影响,供广大照明产品检测人员参考.
Abstract
The temperature test project of lighting product components is one of the most critical test projects to assess the safety and reliability of lighting products.Component temperature measurement data can provide reference for component selection,lighting product design direction,lighting product life calculation,etc.,so the accuracy of component temperature measurement data is crucial.In the actual thermocouple method temperature measurement,the temperature measurement of some components is often affected by light radiation,especially the temperature measurement of optical devices,which leads to inaccurate measurement results.This paper will introduce a linear regression method to eliminate the influence of light radiation on thermocouple temperature measurement to the maximum extent,for the majority of lighting product inspection personnel reference.
