摘要

气氛照明灯饰是一种营造氛围的灯具,该产品相关标准为推荐性标准GB/T 31728-2015.由于目前灯具的安全标准GB 7000.1-2015 尚未将锂离子电池纳入考虑范围,因此在各级监督抽查中很难涉及该产品,这可能存在一定的安全隐患.结合气氛照明灯饰的特点,选取随机样品 30 批次,对标记、结构、防触电保护、蓝光危害和频闪几个指标进行测试,并对产品质量进行分析.其中,标记不合格发生率为 90%,结构不合格发生率为 30%,防触电保护不合格发生率为0%,频闪不合格发生率为 10%,蓝光危害不合格发生率为 16.7%.

Abstract

Atmosphere lighting lamps are a type of lamp for creating an atmosphere.The relevant standard for this product is the recommended standard GB/T 31728-2015.Since the safety standard for lamps,GB 7000.1-2015,has not yet taken lithium-ion batteries into account at present,it is difficult for this product to be involved in supervision and spot checks at all levels,which may pose certain safety risks.Based on the characteristics of atmosphere lighting lamps,30 random samples were selected to test several indicators such as marking,construction,protection against electric shock,blue light hazard,and flicker risk,and the product quality was analyzed.The testing results showed that the failure rate of marking was 73,1%,failure rate of construction was 30%,failure rate of protection against electric shock was 0%,failure rate of flicker risk was 10%,flicker failure rate of blue light hazard was 16,7%.
