摘要

汽车车灯雾气问题是行业当前影响车灯外观、照明质量以及引起客户较强售后抱怨的关键问题.本文基于售后市场的某起雾现象通过实测环境完成CAE分析,复现雾气场景并确认产生原因;后基于考核标准来说明差异性,进而丰富雾气显现场景,采取规避措施降低雾气产生的几率,提升客户满意度.

Abstract

Fogging is a critical problem that affects the appearance and lighting quality of vehicle lamps and causes customers'strong after-sales complaints.Based on a fogging phenomenon in the after-sales market,this paper completes CAE analysis through the measured environment,reproduces the fogging scene and confirms the root causes;after that,based on the assessment criteria,the differences are explained,and then enrich the fogging scene,and avoidance methods are taken to reduce the probability of fogging generation and improve customer satisfaction.
