摘要

采用LED和多通道、低功耗AS7263近红外传感器设计了一套便携式靛蓝溶液浓度检测系统.该检测系统主要包括光学模块、数据采集模块、微处理器模块、电源模块、SD卡存储模块以及串口屏显示模块.通过偏最小二乘法建立吸光度与浓度之间的预测模型,得到待测溶液的浓度,并与标准浓度和已有检测仪器的检测结果进行对比.测试结果表明:系统检测的准确性高,检测回收率为90.2%~106.3%,优于常规检测方法,可用于食物靛蓝溶液浓度的检测.

Abstract

A portable indigo solution concentration detection system is designed with LED and multi-channel,low-power AS7263 near-infrared sensor.The detection system mainly includes optical module,data acquisition module,microprocessor module,power supply module,SD card storage module and serial screen display module.The prediction model between the absorbance and the concentration is established by the partial least squares method to obtain the concentration of the solution to be tested,and compared with the standard concentration and the detection results of the existing testing instrument.The test results show that the system is accurate and the detection recovery rate is 90.2%~106.3%,which is better than the conventional detection method,and can be used for detecting the concentration of food indigo solution.
