风力发电过程中,风电机组塔架净空是保障风电机组正常运行的关键.风电机组净空监测系统主要采用视频、激光、毫米波、超声波以及红外线等方式来进行监测,视频监测是风电机组塔架净空监测最常用的方式.但是该监测方式会受到恶劣天气环境的影响,导致监测质量受到影响.文章介绍了一种基于视频监测的风电机组塔架净空监测照明系统,将照射灯以环形方式布置在塔架外围,并以其照射方向对风电机组塔架净空区域进行区分,为视频监测提供更好的条件,保证视频监测技术的准确度.
Research on the Clearance Detection and Lighting System of Wind Turbine Tower
In the process of wind power generation,the wind turbine tower clearance is the key to ensure the normal operation of the wind turbine.Wind turbine headroom monitoring system mainly adopts video,laser,millimeter wave,ultrasonic wave and infrared ray to monitor,video monitoring is the most common way of wind turbine tower headroom monitoring.However,this monitoring method will be affected by the bad weather environment,resulting in the monitoring quality is affected.In this paper,a clearance monitoring lighting system of wind turbine tower based on video monitoring is designed.The spotlight is arranged in the periphery of the tower in an annular way,and the clearance area of wind turbine tower is distinguished by the irradiation direction of the lamp,so as to provide better conditions for video monitoring and ensure the accuracy of video monitoring technology.
