使用ISO 4599规定的方法测试了车灯几款常用聚碳酸酯(PC)材料的环境应力开裂性能,得出了PC在不同溶剂下的临界应力开裂值.本文探讨分子量和溶剂对PC环境应力开裂的影响.实验结果表明,分子量越大,PC材料耐环境应力开裂性能越好.溶剂的溶解度参数与PC的溶解度越接近,越容易导致PC材料发生开裂.
Study on Environmental Stress Cracking of PC Lamp Shade
The environmental stress cracking performance of several commonly used polycarbonate (PC)materials for headlights was tested using the method specified in ISO 4599,and the critical stress cracking values of PC under different solvents were obtained. The article discusses the effects of molecular weight and solvent on the environmental stress cracking of PC.The experimental results show that the higher the molecular weight,the better the resistance of PC materials to environmental stress cracking.The closer the solubility parameter of the solvent is to the solubility of PC,the more likely it is to cause cracking in PC materials.
