移动灯具支脚连接结构失效分析与优化设计

移动照明灯具作为户外作业现场使用较为频繁的照明工具之一,其轻便易携的特点显得尤为重要.本文基于研制的一款便携式移动照明灯具,分析了折叠式支脚的失效原因,建立了连接结构的简化力学模型,并推导出了连接结构失效件的理论强度公式.基于理论强度公式计算分析了连接结构失效件的强度,从理论上进一步验证了连接结构的失效原因.最后,基于理论模型对连接结构失效件进行优化设计,采用数值模拟对优化前后连接结构失效件进行强度分析,并对优化后连接结构进行了试验测试,结果表明优化后的连接结构强度提高,安全性和可靠性更高.
Failure Analysis and Optimization Design for the Support Foot Connection Structure of Portable Light
Portable light,as one of the frequently used lighting tools in outdoor work sites,are particularly important for their lightweight and portable characteristic.Based on a portable light developed,the failure reasons of the folding support foot connection structure were analyzed,a simplified mechanical model of the connection structure was established,and the theoretical strength formula of the failed component of the connection structure was derived in this paper.Based on the theoretical strength formula,the strength of the failed component of the connection structure was calculated,further verifying the failure reasons of the connection structure in theory.Finally,the failed component of the connection structure was optimized for design based on the theoretical model.The strength of the failed component before and after optimization were analyzed by numerical simulations,and the experimental test was conducted on the optimized connection structure.The results show that the optimized connection structure has improved strength,higher safety and reliability.
