基于科教融合的《材料制备技术》实验教学设计:新型照明用发光材料的制备

开展了材料制备技术实验教学研究,将科研项目与实验教学有机结合,以融合共进的方式加强人才培养效果,有助于推进教育教学改革进程.采用微波辐射法制备了CaMoO4:Dy3+荧光粉,通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)和SEM测试样品物相结构和表面形貌,通过Mapping分析所含元素及分布情况,使用荧光光谱仪(PL)探究CaMoO4:Dy3+荧光粉的发光性能.结果表明:在微波功率为560 W热解30 min条件下可制备出物相纯净的CaMoO4:Dy3+荧光粉,Dy3+浓度为3%时发光性能最优.本实验致力于将尖端的科技知识与严谨的科研方法融入本科实验教学,旨在增强学生的实践操作能力,并推动学生科研思维的培育与发展,进而激发他们的创新潜能与创造力.
Experimental Teaching Design of "Material Preparation Technology" Based on the Integration of Science and Education:Preparation of New Light-Emitting Materials for Lighting
The comprehensive experimental teaching of research-based material preparation technology was carried out to combine the scientific research project and experimental teaching organically,to strengthen the effect of talent cultivation by integrating and co-progressing,which helps to promote the process of education and teaching reform.The CaMoO4:Dy3+phosphor was prepared by microwave radiation method,the physical structure and surface morphology of the samples were tested by X-ray diffractometer (XRD)and SEM,the contained elements and their distribution were analyzed by mapping,and the luminescence performance of the CaMoO4:Dy3+phosphor was investigated by fluorescence spectrometer (PL).The results show that the CaMoO4:Dy3+phosphor can be prepared under the microwave power of 560 W pyrolysis for 30 min,and the luminescence performance is optimal when the Dy3+concentration is 3%.This experiment is dedicated to integrating the cutting-edge scientific knowledge and rigorous scientific research methods into undergraduate laboratory teaching,aiming to enhance students'practical ability and promote the cultivation and development of students'scientific research thinking,which in turn stimulates their innovative potential and creativity.
