The light environment for visual task at home is a weakness in the prevention and control of myopia in children and adolescents.With the development and popularization of full-spectrum LED technology,this article proposes the application of full-spectrum technology to children and adolescents reading and writing desk lamps,introducing the advantages of full-spectrum desk lamps.The color rendering index and spectral fitting of the desk lamp are improved by designing the light source scheme,and the antiglare performance of the desk lamp is enhanced through structural optimization.It also elaborates the excellent performance parameters of the full spectrum desk lamp,providing design suggestions for full spectrum desk lamps and advocating for a healthier eye environment and habits.
