摘要

本文研究的烟草育苗大棚智慧补光系统采用高效、环保的全光谱LED光源,可满足烟草在生长阶段对光线的需求,促进烟草的光合作用和生长发育.同时,采用"LED物联网+"、移动端智慧程序的智能光照控制系统,对用电量、温湿度、远程开关和监控等都可通过手机微信小程序实时控制,不仅能够增强烟草的成苗素质,还可以解决烟草冬季育苗低温寡照的问题,实现精准补光、远程控制等功能.使用智慧补光系统后,棚内温度平均增加 2℃,烟苗叶长、叶宽均有提高,壮苗率从 85%提高到了 92%.该智能种植系统可推广于其他农作物种植场景,推动农业产业的智能化升级.

Abstract

The intelligent light supplementation system for tobacco seedling greenhouse studied in this paper adopted highly efficient and environmentally friendly full-spectrum LED light source,which can meet the demand for light in the growth stage of tobacco,and promote the photosynthesis and growth and development of tobacco.At the same time,the system used"LED IoT+"technique,the power consumption,temperature and humidity,remote switch,monitoring,etc.can be controlled in real time through the mobile phone WeChat applet,which not only enhances the quality of tobacco seedlings,but also solves the problem of low-temperature and low-light in winter nursery for tobacco,which can achieve accurate replenishment of light and remote control and other functions.After the use of the intelligent replenishment system,the temperature in the shed can be increased by 2℃on average,the leaf length and width of tobacco seedlings were improved,and the rate of strong seedlings increased from 85%to 92%.This intelligent planting system can be promoted in other crop planting scenarios,which can promote the intelligent upgrading of the agricultural industry.
