本文探讨了2023 年中国对美国照明产品出口市场的变化.随着中美贸易摩擦加剧和美国对中国照明产品的依赖度下降,中国的市场份额正在逐渐减少.同时,美国照明领先企业通过战略收购、业务转型和产品开发不断增强市场主导地位.中国企业在出口美国时需要特别关注知识产权问题,尤其是应对美国的"337 调查",以避免法律风险.本文分析了美国照明市场的变化趋势及其对中国企业的影响,并提供了应对策略及建议.
Abstract
This paper examines the changes in China's export market for lighting products to the United States in 2023.China's market share is diminishing as the U.S.-China trade friction intensifies and the U.S.reliance on Chinese lighting products declines.Meanwhile,leading U.S.lighting companies continue to increase their market dominance through strategic acquisitions,business transformation and product development.Chinese companies need to pay special attention to intellectual property issues when exporting to the U.S.,especially to deal with the U.S."337 investigation"to avoid legal risks.This article analyzes the changing trends of the U.S.lighting market and its impact on Chinese enterprises,and provides strategies and suggestions to deal with them.
