为了解决网球场照明耗能严重的问题,本文提出了一种包括壳体、出光面板、光源板和新型电镀反光杯组的LED网球场灯设计.通过对反光杯结构进行优化改良,在同等功率下新型LED网球场灯可提供更高的光照强度.通过LightTools软件进行复合曲面光学反光杯的模拟优化,通过DIALux软件进行网球场照明光学仿真,并制作实际样品进行测试.所研发出的新型LED 网球场灯实测平均照度达到 783 lx,照度均匀度达到0.87,同时不易造成眩光,且更节能.
Design Optimization of LED Tennis Court Lamp Based on Composite Curved Optical Reflector
In order to solve the problem of serious energy consumption of tennis court lighting,this paper proposes a design of LED tennis court lamp including shell,light panel,light source plate and new electroplating reflective cup group.By optimizing the structure of the reflective cup,the new LED tennis court lamp can provide higher light intensity at the same power.The LightTools software was used to simulate and optimize the composite curved optical reflective cup,and the DIALux software was used to simulate the tennis court lighting optics,and the actual samples were made for testing.The measured average illumination of the new LED tennis court lamp developed by reaches 783 lx,the uniformity of illumination reaches 0.87,and it is not easy to cause glare,and it is more energy-saving.
