Design Optimization of LED Tennis Court Lamp Based on Composite Curved Optical Reflector
In order to solve the problem of serious energy consumption of tennis court lighting,this paper proposes a design of LED tennis court lamp including shell,light panel,light source plate and new electroplating reflective cup group.By optimizing the structure of the reflective cup,the new LED tennis court lamp can provide higher light intensity at the same power.The LightTools software was used to simulate and optimize the composite curved optical reflective cup,and the DIALux software was used to simulate the tennis court lighting optics,and the actual samples were made for testing.The measured average illumination of the new LED tennis court lamp developed by reaches 783 lx,the uniformity of illumination reaches 0.87,and it is not easy to cause glare,and it is more energy-saving.
