摘要
近年来,随着消费市场的不断升级,车灯在点亮状态下的视觉效果越来越受到人们的重视.通过对车灯装饰件进行半透金属镀膜,来实现特定的点亮效果,成为车灯行业发展的主流.本研究提出了一种在车灯装饰件表面镀半透金属膜的方法,成功实现了对装饰件半透金属膜层效果,并详细地说明了相关工艺流程及参数.
Abstract
In recent years,with the continuous upgrading of the consumer market,the visual effect of car lights when illuminated has been increasingly emphasized.Applying semi-transparent metal coating to car light decorative parts to achieve specific lighting effects has become mainstream in the car light industry.This study proposes a method for depositing semi-transparent metal films on the surface of car light decorative parts,successfully achieving the desired semi-transparent metal film effect and detailing the relevant process and parameters.
