摘要
本文介绍了长沙地铁车辆客室照明采用LED光源的优势及故障情况,通过测试客室LED驱动电源故障情况并进行分类研究,查阅客室照明LED驱动电源的电气原理图,分析了LED驱动电源的设计缺陷,通过对故障维修分析及故障电路元器件的升级,有效解决了LED驱动电源故障,节约了部件采购成本,并为其他地铁公司的驱动电源故障维修提供思路.
Abstract
This article introduces the advantages and fault situations of using LED light sources for passenger compartment lighting in Changsha Metro vehicles.By testing and classifying the fault situation of the passenger compartment LED driving power supply,and consulting the electrical schematic of the passenger compartment lighting LED driving power supply,the design defects of the LED driving power supply were analyzed.Through fault maintenance analysis and upgrading of faulty circuit components,the LED driving power supply fault was effectively solved,saving component procurement costs and providing ideas for the maintenance of other subway companies'driving power supply faults.
