摘要

为了解决沼液进入喷灌系统引起喷头堵塞的问题,选择了全年可使用沼液的种植牧草的地块作为试验场地,开展过滤装置选择试验.试验结果表明,在牧草种植基地施用沼液,沼液进入喷灌系统前加装过滤网孔为60目的过滤装置,沼液用后再喷清水3~5 min,此种过滤组合为最佳,可以实现沼液在喷灌系统中应用无堵塞.

Abstract

In order to solve the problem of clogging of sprinkler heads caused by the entry of biogas slurry into the sprinkler system,a plot of grassland suitable for year-round use of biogas slurry was selected as the experimental site to conduct filter device selection experiments.The experimental results showed that when biogas slurry was applied to the grassland planting base,a filter device with a filter screen size of 60 mesh was installed before the biogas slurry entered the sprinkler system.After using biogas slurry,clean water was sprayed for 3~5 minutes.This filtering combination is the best and can achieve unclogged application of biogas slurry in the sprinkler system.
