畜禽粪污抗性基因污染和消减技术研究进展

畜禽养殖业抗生素滥用导致抗生素抗性基因(ARGs)大量产生,大量ARGs进入环境会引起细菌的多重耐药性,甚至导致"超级细菌"的爆发,严重危害居民生产生活环境及身体健康.目前关于畜禽粪污生化处理出水ARGs去除技术研究十分欠缺,成为制约畜禽粪污处理利用的瓶颈.分析了目前畜禽粪污ARGs的污染现状,详细介绍了 ARGs迁移传播途径及环境行为,重点综述了畜禽粪污中ARGs的消减技术并提出展望,为今后ARGs控制技术的研究提供思路,以期开发更加高效绿色的污染阻控技术,降低人类健康的潜在风险.
Progress on Livestock and Poultry Manure Resistance Gene Pollution and Abatement Technology
The misuse of antibiotics in livestock and poultry industry leads to the production of a large number of antibiotic resistance genes(ARGs),and ARGs are discharged into the environment to cause multi-drug resistance of bacteria,and e-ven lead to the outbreak of"superbugs",which seriously endangers the living environment and human health.At present,the research on ARGs removal technology of effluent from biochemical treatment of livestock manure is lacking,which has become a bottleneck restricting the treatment and utilization of livestock manure.This paper analyses the current pollution status of ARGs in livestock and poultry manure,describes in detail the migratory transmission pathways and environmental behaviors of ARGs,and focuses on the abatement technology of ARGs in livestock and poultry manure and puts forward the outlook.It provides ideas for future research on ARGs control technologies in order to develop more efficient and green pol-lution blocking and controlling technologies to reduce the potential risks to human health.
