臭氧曝气对餐厨垃圾沼液除臭脱色效果研究

针对餐厨垃圾沼液色度高和臭味刺鼻的问题,采用臭氧曝气技术对沼液进行除臭脱色处理,探究不同气水比与温度对臭氧曝气处理效果的影响.结果表明,当气水比为1∶25时,沼液臭气排放值低于70,达到农用沼液标准,臭氧单位处理沼液量最大,同时色度去除率超过90%.随着温度升高,除臭脱色效果减弱,最佳温度为25 ℃.该研究为餐厨垃圾沼液除臭脱色提供了可行技术.
Effect of Ozone Aeration on Deodorization and Decolorization of Biogas Slurry of Food Waste
To address the issue of high-chroma and pungent odor of biogas slurry of food waste,this study used ozone aera-tion technology to deodorize and decolorize the biogas slurry,and explored the effects different air/water ratio and tempera-ture on ozone aeration treatment.Results showed that when air/water ratio was 1∶25,the odor emission value of biogas slur-ry was lower than 70,which reached the standard of agricultural biogas slurry use,the amount of ozone unit treatment bio-gas slurry was the largest,and the chroma removal rate could reach more than 90%.With the increase of temperature,the deodorization and decolorization decreased,and the optimal temperature was 25 ℃.This study provides a feasible technolo-gy for deodorizing and decolorizing biogas slurry of food waste.
