猪场粪污机械分离设备及效率分析

在研究猪场粪污(包括猪粪和猪粪厌氧消化液)理化特性的基础上,分析了常用的机械式猪场粪污分离设备的工作原理、结构特征、分离效率及优缺点等.筛网式分离机固定投资和运行费用低,但固体去除率较低且分离后的固体含水率较高,适用于猪场粪污的前处理;压滤式分离机结构简单、处理量大,分离后固体含水率低,但对猪场粪污进料浓度要求较高;沉降式离心机分离效率较高,对猪场粪污进料浓度适应性强,但其设备投资和能耗较高,在中小规模猪场难以推广.组合式机械分离方法可以有效提升固体去除率,降低分离后沼液的含固率.
Mechanical Separation Equipment for Pig Manure and the Efficiency Analysis
Based on the physical and chemical characteristics of pig manure(including pig manure and pig manure anaero-bic digested slurry),the principle,basic structure,separation efficiency as well as both advantages and disadvantages of mechanical separation equipment were investigated in this study.The screen separator has low investment and operating cost but low separation efficiency and high water content of separated solid,thus it is suitable for the pretreatment of pig manure.The press filter separator has the advantages of simple structure,great processing capacity and low water content of separated solid,however,it has higher requirement of feeding concentration.Decanting centrifuge can obtain high separa-tion efficiency and adapt to a wide range of feeding concentrations,while it has both high investment and energy consump-tion.Therefore it is difficult to be applied in small and medium-scale pig farms.The combined types of mechanical separa-tion can effectively increase solid removal efficiency and reduce the solid content of separated digested slurry.
