干湿耦合厌氧发酵制沼及热电肥多联产技术模式探析

为了解决传统沼气工程沼液量大难处理、运行效率不稳定、盈利模式单一等问题,以河北某生物质沼气综合利用项目为例,结合湿法发酵和干法发酵各自的优缺点自主研发了干湿耦合厌氧发酵制沼技术,详细阐述厌氧发酵制沼的核心工艺、发电并网、生物有机肥生产以及碳减排的技术模式.研究结果表明:当粪污含固率为18%~30%、秸秆含固率≥85%时,可以通过干湿耦合厌氧发酵制沼技术实现沼液"零排放",打造"气、热、电、肥、碳"多联产的生态循环综合利用体系,生产清洁能源的同时供应生物有机肥料,可有效改良土壤板结,推动高标准农田建设,提高农产品质量,项目的实施对实现农业农村绿色生态循环、降低对外能源依存及实现负碳排放均有重要意义.
Analysis on Operation Technology Mode of Dry-Wet Fermentation System and Thermoelectric Fertilizer Poly-gen-eration
In order to solve the problems such as the large amount of biogas in traditional biogas projects,unstable opera-tion efficiency and single profit model.In this paper,a biogas comprehensive utilization project in Hebei Province is taken as an example,independently developed the dry-wet coupled anaerobic gas generation technology by combining the advanta-ges and disadvantages of wet fermentation and dry fermentation respectively,the core technology of anaerobic gas produc-tion,grid-connected power generation,bio-organic fertilizer production and carbon emission reduction technology model are described in detail.The results show that:when the solid content rate of manure is 18%~30%and the solid content rate of straw is ≥85%,"zero emission"of biogas slurry can be achieved through dry-wet coupled anaerobic gas generation technology,an ecological cycle comprehensive utilization system of"gas,heat,electricity,fertilizer and carbon"multi-generation can be created to produce clean energy and supply bio-organic fertilizers,which can effectively improve soil com-paction and promote the construction of high-standard farmland.To improve the quality of agricultural products,the imple-mentation of the project is of great significance for realizing the green ecological cycle of agriculture and rural areas,reduc-ing foreign energy dependence and realizing negative carbon emissions.
