摘要

城镇污水治理是打好打赢污染防治攻坚战的关键环节,目前我国污水收集问题仍然较为突出,"十四五"期间污水管网的建设、改造、修复仍需重点关注.文章纵观城镇污水处理的发展历程,指出了污水处理存在的主要问题.为跟上我国城市化进程及工业的发展,城镇污水处理厂提标改造提上日程.面对这样一个综合性极强的系统工程,建设、修复、优化污水污水收集管网成为了这项工作的重要基础.为进一步提升城镇污水收集处理效能,深入打好污染防治攻坚战,文章分析了提标改造工作中存在的问题,并提出了相应建议.

Abstract

Urban sewage treatment is the key link to win the battle of pollution prevention and control.At present,the problem of sewage collection in China is still prominent.The construction,reconstruction and repair of sewage pipe network during the"Fourteenth Five-Year Plan"period still need to be focused on.The article reviews the development process of urban sewage treatment and points out the main problems that exist in sewage treatment.In order to keep up with the urban-ization process and industrial development in our country,the upgrading and renovation of urban sewage treatment plants has been put on the agenda.Faced with such a highly comprehensive system engineering,the construction,repair,and op-timization of sewage collection pipelines have become an important foundation for this work.In order to further improve the efficiency of urban sewage collection and treatment,and fight well in the battle of pollution prevention and control,this pa-per analyzes the problems existing in the upgrading and transformation work,and puts forward corresponding suggestions.
