生物质沼气制深绿生物甲醇技术路线及商业模型探析

生物质沼气行业在我国经过多年的发展,目前行业总产能不足原料发酵潜力10%,通过对生物质沼气制深绿生物甲醇技术路线进行研究分析,创建了基于生物质厌氧制沼及CHP产出深绿生物甲醇模型,该模型年可输出深绿生物甲醇10000 t、生物有机肥5万t,年二氧化碳总减排潜力达到10万t,经过理论参数分析构建的生物质沼气制深绿生物甲醇技术路线,为促进我国生物质沼气行业创新发展提供一定指导意义.
The Analysis of the Green Bio Methanol Production Technologies by the Biogas and the Commercial Model
After years of development in China,the biogas industry currently has less than 10%of the potential capacity for raw material.This article analyzes the technology route of biogas to green methanol,and constructs a model based on bio-mass anaerobic biogas production and CHP to produce deep green bio methanol.The model can output 10000 tons of deep green bio methanol and 50000 tons of bio organic fertilizer annually,with a total annual carbon dioxide reduction potential could reach to 100000 tons.The technical route for producing deep green bio methanol from biogas through theoretical pa-rameter analysis,would provide certain guideline for promoting innovative development of Chinas biogas industry.
